LSC are looking for a Graduate / Junior Recruiter, to join our Recruitment team based in our Kinsale office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating and sourcing suitable candidates for client requirements following the LSC process and using the tools provided - CRM, Search tools, LinkedIn, and LSC marketing and communications tools
- Screening candidates for suitability for client requirements and managing the application process in your assigned area.
- Manage and provide regular feedback to all parties on the full recruitment lifecycle of a candidate from sourcing, screening, submittal, interviewing, offer and negotiation to start.
- Management of active candidate network on CRM to ensure candidate pipeline at all times.
- Ensure your assigned vacancies are accurate and details are advertised.
- Work with marketing on communication activities across all platforms to building strong candidate networks.
- Work closely with account managers to ensure clients needs are prioritised and met.
- Meet client submission timelines with the best available candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants and clients.
ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH?
- 3rd level qualification in Business/Science/Engineering/ Psychology
- 1 + years experience in a Customer Service/Sales/Recruitment role preferably with a strong interest and experience in dealing with people
- Strong interest in the Life Science industry is beneficial
