Facilities Coordinator is required for an innovative and rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company in Limerick. The new facility is close to completion and is responsible for the production, packaging, labelling and delivery of biopharmaceutical medicines for global markets. The company currently markets medicines for various diseases and has a rich pipeline of products.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:
o Administrator for CMMS system -Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM). Assist in the development and implementation of BMRAM.
o Create assets (Equipment Code Numbers – ECNs), schedules and work events for all systems and equipment.
o Create and maintain work plans, measurement documents, schedules and work events.
o Create and maintain material spares records.
o Assist with preventative maintenance system, work requests system, calibration system, and ECN files.
The Facilities Coordinator requires:
o A recognized 3rd Level Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.
o Minimum 2+ years of related GMP related experience.
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) and experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
